It is manufactured using green technologies and is made from carbon fibre-reinforced plastic which makes it lighter. The Boeing 797 MAX 9 reduces fuel usage by 20% and has 50% smaller noise. It has a high-tech cockpit and is made from durable composite material. The Airbus A321neo helps to improve the per-seat fuel usage by 20% and offers eco-friendly features.

The airline offers two classes of travel on all its flights. The service provided varies depending on the type of travel class chosen. The different travel classes are as follows:

Economy Class

This class offers comfortable seats that recline up to 15 cm and with ample leg room.

Business Class

Turkish Airlines Baggage Allowance

Turkish Airlines provides a baggage calculation tool to determine the checked-in baggage allowance as per destination. Passengers can get detailed information about the baggage allowance on the reservation and the ticket.

The maximum weight of a piece of baggage in Economy Class should be at most 23 kg and for Business Class it should be at most 32 kg. Economy Class passengers can carry a handbag weighing 8 kg and a personal item. Business Class passengers can carry 2 pieces of handbag weighing 8 kg each and a personal item.

Turkish Airlines Check-in and Boarding Pass

Passengers can check in online through the airline’s website or the mobile app. At the airport, the passengers can check in through kiosks or the airline’s airport counter. Turkish Airlines online check-in is available 24 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.

Passengers can go to the website or the mobile app and click the ‘Check-in’ tab. Enter the details required and on successful check-in, the boarding pass can be sent to the device and printed. Turkish Airlines Onboard Support

The airline assists passengers with special needs like passengers with medical conditions, visually impaired passengers, hearing impaired passengers and passengers with guide dogs. 

Passengers with mobility problems are provided with wheelchair assistance during the check-in procedure and up to the cabin. Wheelchairs have to be booked 48 hours before flight departure. 

About Turkish Airlines Refund & Cancellation
